Join Dr Sandra Raimundo, Astronomer at the School of Physics and Astronomy of the University of Southampton, for an exciting talk about her Black Hole research.Dr. Raimundo will take you on a journey through cosmos where
you will learn about Supermassive black holes: what they are, where they are and how we know that they exist.
You will learn how astronomers observe and study black holes, even though they are completely dark. You will finish the talk with a new understanding of black holes and their role in our Universe.
